In such a case, it is always the right solution to contact the retailer and make use of the 24-month warranty to request a refund. The origin of the problem is most likely due to prolonged storage. This means that the headphones were stored at the retailer for too long, causing the integrated battery to discharge deeply. Once this happens, there is a possibility that the battery will be damaged. That is why we also state in our user manual that the headphones must be charged at least every two months. @amalhamo1517 Hello @amalhamo1517, maybe you have activated the DND (do not disturb mode). Please check; To do this, please tap the wheel on the watch case once to activate the display. Then swipe the screen upwards once. On the new screen you will then see 4 symbols at the bottom, including a crescent moon. This crescent moon stands for "Do not disturb" mode. If the background of the crescent moon is black, the "Do not disturb" mode is off and the watch vibrates, e.g. for incoming notifications. If the background is purple, "Do not disturb" mode is activated and the watch no longer vibrates. You can use this "Do not disturb" mode, for example, if you do not want to be disturbed by vibrations from the watch during a meeting. Adjusting the brightness of the image in Windows To do this, search for the term "Camera" in the search bar at the bottom. There is an app with this name, which is already installed on many computers. Otherwise, you can download it from the Microsoft App Store. When you open the "Camera" app, you will find an icon (a circle with a slash, + and - symbols, and a numerical value below) halfway up the left side of the screen. Clicking on this icon will bring up a slider that allows you to adjust the brightness of your webcam. Once done, you can close the "Camera" app. Other apps that use the webcam will use the brightness setting you just made. 2. The best solution would probably be to use an additional LED ring light. The reason for this is that a large number of different frequencies have been delivered here to ensure interference-free operation of several wireless components in the same room. Hello Stephen Mbugua, in this case we would recommend to reset your earbuds. This is how it works: To reset the earbuds to factory settings, place the earbuds in the charging box. Then press and hold the multifunctional touch sensor on the left and right earbud at the same time for about 8 seconds. If the earbuds are reset, you should hear a beep twice in a row.
